Nottinghamshire placed into COVID Alert Level 2- 'High'

The Government has implemented a three-tier covid alert level across England for the coronavirus. The 3 tiers of Local Covid Alert Level are Medium, High, and Very High. What coronavirus restrictions are in place in an area depends on what tier it is in.

Covid restrictions in Sherwood - Mark Spencer writes to constituents

Today, the Prime Minister announced that the COVID restrictions that were due to be lifted tomorrow will now be lifted on 15th August at the earliest.

This means that:

• Casinos, bowling alleys, skating rinks and remaining close contact services must remain closed.
