Whinbush Lane success!

A big thank you to everyone who signed our petition to get resurfacing works undertaken on Whinbush Lane.

The road will be having over £100k of works undertaken on it this year to undertake needed repairs ahead of a future full resurfacing.

Visit to Wellow

Last week myself and Councillor Scott Carlton were in Wellow to see the wonderful restoration project of Wellow Church Schoolroom and chat to local residents.

After a morning out in Hucknall, I had a great time visiting Domino's Pizza on Annesley Road.

I was let loose in the kitchen, and I have to say I never knew how much preparation and skill there is making a pizza!

John and many others in Woodborough Flood Action Group rightly want to see improvements to flood defences in Woodborough, as do I.

On Saturday I met Phil from Independent Civils Solutions Ltd at their head office in Ollerton.

Fantastic news for Hucknall Flight Test Museum

It was great to meet up recently with Alan and colleagues from Hucknall Flight Test Museum.

It is wonderful news that they will be reopening this year after agreeing a lease with Rolls-Royce.
